  1. Thanks for this post. I’m 2 years after recovering from 5 years of severe GP and working out is the hardest part. 5 – 10 minutes of anything and I’m nauseated. Discouraged at all the strength I lost, which makes it so discouraging trying to get it back.

      It has definitely taken me a LONG time to rebuild my strength. However, I did notice that once I figured out my nutrition I was able to sustain much longer. For me it was figuring out how to get some extra protein.
      Hopefully things have been going better since you wrote!
