  1. I tell myself each day….”I am going to control you (GP), you are not going to control me”. I know that somedays it get the best of me, but I continue on. I too have learned to leave some things alone or very minimal (caffiene). Good luck with the gulten free….I have a friend who is also gluten free and I will check her blog and see if there are any recipes I can forward to you.
