      • I also love that same combination (however, my foods don’t have to be entirely gluten-free yet… I’m still sorry that you have to follow a new diet, but you do what you have to do to stay feeling good)! 😉
        I have noticed with most gluten-free foods, however, that you have to add something for flavor! 😦

        So far this week has gone pretty well, I have noticed a reduction in my bloating. I’m not sure how much of that relief is tied to acupuncture & how much is tied to gluten-free. I think it is a little bit of both.

        I have found some good gluten-free salad dressings that I use to season chicken or ground turkey. 🙂
